The hotel was awful.
1. Lobby was dark and dusty.
2. Room was musty
3. Floor laminate was peeling, Woodwork was rotting.
4. Bathroom fixtures were broken - water would pool all over the bathroom floor if we used the washbasin. Some lights didn't work.
5. Window panes were speckled with dirt/paint.
Staff, management and the restaurant staff was courteous and attentive but seemed helpless, perhaps in a situation created above their pay-grade. They tried to fix the situation best they could.
Worst of all, this booking platform had a 100% markup on the room. Feel duped, for paying INR 7500+ for staying at this health and safety hazard.
Hotel and restaurant staff were thoughtful, courteous, and answered questions to the best of their ability which sometimes meant calling another staff person who spoke English better than they did. I appreciate the promptness of the care I received.

Although it brands itself as a business hotel, we had a very good time, did not have dinner or lunch but the veg breakfast was superlative, with a very good spread and although a buffet the staff serving you with complete attention. A great place to stay with clean and good quality linen and pillows.

Overall it was good, gentalman on the reception counter was working very hard, however hotel dot.com couldn't, confirm my payment to him in time . Therefore although I gave him emai I received from hotel dot.com. He still had trouble in sorting out at check out time in the morning and I was asked to pay for the room again, although it was fully paid and I had confirmation from hotel.com. Confirming that, I refused to pay again and I ended up in waiting for approx. One hour before I could leave the hotel. which delayed my forward journey.
