Guarnelle House 1 is a spacious and bright 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spanning 100 square metres across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is characterised throughout by partly sloping ceilings, comfortable modern furnishings, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

On the ground floor, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a panoramic window, a sliding door leading directly to the garden, a dining table, a television, and 1 double sofabed. Adjacent to the living area, a kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering stays. A bathroom is also located on this level.

The upper floor houses all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a characterful alpine feel. The first bedroom contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds and offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom also contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds and similarly opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom is a double room with access to the balcony. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves the upper floor. The property also benefits from a balcony, a large terrace, a garden, and a lawn, all of which offer views of the mountains and the valley.
