Excellent sejour dans l'appartement

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, les pieds dans l'eau, au calme et proche de l animation du centre. Comme une petite maison avec la terrasse qui est une piÚce de vie supplémentaire trÚs appréciable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la fluidité des échanges pour la location et lors de notre arrivée et départ.

Emplacement magnifique, mais Ă  l’instar de tous les commentaires sur ce bien beaucoup trop d’humiditĂ© du en effet Ă  la proximitĂ© de la mĂšre, mais malgrĂ© tout mĂȘme si on le sait, cela reste trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able, odeur dans les piĂšces de vie d’humiditĂ© placard inutilisable Ă  cause de loader, encadrement des portes moisis On est tous bien conscients de la proximitĂ© de la mer, mais je ne crois pas que l’ensemble des logements qui se trouve au bord de mer aient tous cette problĂ©matique, si les travaux adĂ©quates sont effectuĂ©s

The apartment is in a fantastic location straight onto the beach and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately our stay was marred by a serious mould issue which needs to be actioned

Superbe emplacement

Superbe emplacement. Équipe d accueil au top et trĂšs Ă  l’écoute de nos attentes ( merci Ă  LĂ©a) Malheureusement gros problĂšme d humiditĂ© en front de mer dans la chambre parentale

Prestations Ă  revoir !

L'emplacement est exceptionnel mais les prestations ne correspondent pas au descriptif. L'appartement est situĂ© en niveau 0, -1. Un appareil rĂ©cupĂšre des litres d'eau tous les 2 jours dans une chambre. Il y a des moisissures partout mĂȘme sur le distributeur de glaçons du frigo... L'autre chambre est confinĂ©e et petite avec l'impression que les draps ne sont jamais secs....Il n'y a pas de parasol sur la terrasse qui est l'unique extĂ©rieur. Le jardin n'est pas sur ce lot. Nous avions questionnĂ© la propriĂ©taire sur "Le jardin est-il privatif ? " La rĂ©ponse : "Oui, l'extĂ©rieur est privatif !" Or notre question portait sur le jardin! Mauvaise surprise. Nous l'avons dit en arrivant Ă  la personne qui nous a remis les clĂ©s mais pas d'effet.... Pas d'Ă©clairage sur la terrasse, rien ne fonctionnait. Il y a juste un passage Ă©troit sur le cĂŽtĂ© du jardin qui permet d'entrer et de sortir. Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait sommaire. Certains murs salis (vomissements ?) ont Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©s par nos soins. Le sol et les draps Ă©taient propres ainsi que la vaisselle (Lave vaisselle et lave linge trĂšs utiles). Pour une location de ce prix ces Ă©lĂ©ments ne devraient pas ĂȘtre rapportĂ©s. Le parking se situe Ă  10 min Ă  pieds. Au global, situation +++mais les prestations ne sont pas lĂ . L'appartement pourrait ĂȘtre agrĂ©able avec un entretien plus soutenu et le matĂ©riel renouvelĂ© (parasol ou store, luminaires extĂ©rieurs, ...) et des rĂ©ponses claires aux questions prĂ©cises au moment de la rĂ©servation. Il ne convient pas pour 2 couples mais plutĂŽt un couple avec 2 enfants et un bĂ©bĂ©. Une des 2 chambres est vraiment moins confortable et le partage de la location n'est pas Ă©quitable! Les 2 salles de bains avec wc sont apprĂ©ciables. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage est formidable. Le prix est beaucoup trop excessif compte tenu des dĂ©fauts de la location

Wonderful stay at Biarritz

Lovely apartment on the beach at Biarritz. 5 of us comfortably fit in the three rooms with outdoor dining area and inside dining area/kitchen. Very clean. My kids thoroughly enjoyed been able to go for early swims and late evening swims as the apartment was literally on the beach. So no driving. So much activity around too and so central to restaurants cafes swim etc. already sent many photos to my family and friends and will hopefully be back next year. Thank you!

Biarritz avec vue sur mer

Lieu idéal pour ceux qui aiment voir la mer, logement adéquat pour une famille comme la nÎtre de trois adultes. Seuls bémols, les occupants précédent non pas respecter les consignes du lieu, et durant notre séjour cela sentait le tabac froid et nous n'avons pas pu voir la télé par faute d'explication de son fonctionnement ou par problÚme de connexion. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes trÚs contents du séjour et sommes disposés à revenir.

Placard Ă  droite de la hotte rempli de produits ouverts, pĂ©rimĂ©s et cassĂ©s. Lave vaisselle dans un Ă©tat de crasse jamais vue . Tiroir Ă  Ă©pice et huile trĂšs sale. Couverts et tiroir Ă  couverts pas nettoyĂ©s. Vaisselle grasse. Verre sale. Joints de la salle de bain noirs et moisies. Murs de la chambre parentale noir. Fauteuil jaune noir et moisie. PoussiĂšre derriĂšre le lit. Cela n’a pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ© depuis plusieurs semaines. La tĂ©lĂ©vision du salon qui ne fonctionne pas. Internet non plus.

Pour les choses qui fĂąchent : un accueil sommaire, un bien prĂ©sentĂ© comme disposant de 2 chambres ce qui est inexact (Ă  moins de considĂ©rer qu’un espace de 6 mĂštres carrĂ©s avec un canapĂ© lit IKEA soit une chambre ) , des huisseries dĂ©fectueuses, une terrasse sale avec mĂ©gots qui trempent joyeusement dans leurs jus dans le cendrier, etc... Pour les choses plus rĂ©jouissantes : un emplacement exceptionnel dans Biarritz , 2 salles de bains spacieuses, une cuisine parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. En gros bien ne mĂ©rite vraiment le dĂ©tour que par sa situation gĂ©ographique.

Merveilleux séjour à Biarritz

L appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur la plage de Miramar. La terrasse et la vue sur l OcĂ©an sont un enchantement. Il est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© et il est possible d accĂ©der Ă  pied Ă  tous les points d intĂ©rĂȘt. Les salles de bain sont magnifiques. Juste un peu d humiditĂ© ce qui n est pas Ă©tonnant compte tenu de la localisation.
