Arrivée horrible avec studio vue mer dont le volet roulant cassé empêche la moitié de la vue et obscurcit la pièce.On a l'impression d'être un peu floués...Réparé heureusement 2 jours après.Mème pas de dédommagement proposé pour ce préjudice d'agrément! Electricité défectueuse car la moitié des ampoules ont claqué pendant le séjour. Manque de rigueur et désinvolture dans l'accueil. Dommage car l'emplacement est vraiment bien!

Appartement agréable et dans un endroit calme. Très bien placé pour l'accès au bord de mer et la ville. Idéal pour un couple ou un couple avec enfant. On recommande.

Vacances géniales à Biarritz

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable sur Biarritz. Le studio est très bien agencé, rien à redire. La vue sur l’océan est vraiment un plus. Merci pour tout.

Vue très agréable sur l océan. Appartement très bien situé. A 5 minutes à pied du centre ville en passant par la plage. Je pense y revenir .

Bad start - Good finish

The owner does not stay in Biarritz. You have to phone a lady who then gives you the phone number of another lady you have to phone and arrange for her to meet you at the entrance with the keys, etc. The address given is wrong. The actual address is round the corner on another street so it was difficult to find. The blurb mentions a swimming pool. This is actually in the neighbouring hotel and costs €50 for use of the pool. The private parking is good but not 200 metres but nearer 500 metres away. (Measured using the scale on the map I collected from the Tourist Office). In the apartment the electric socket was hanging off the wall so dangerous to use. The light above the cooking hob did not work making food preparation difficult. The balcony area wasn’t clean and a bit neglected. We had to clean old bird droppings off the balcony rail. Apart from that it was good. The lady who met us with the keys, Corrine, was very pleasant and helpful. Make sure she takes you to the car parking and shows where cars enter and exit. Likewise pedestrians.

Studio fonctionnel, propre, calme, avec vue imprenable sur l’ocean

Notre séjour dans ce studio s’est très bien passé. Il est idéalement situé dans biarritz, avec le plage à côté. Le studio était propre et calme, avec la très belle vue sur l’ocean que l’on voit sur les photos. Bémol : le supplément piscine, cnest un accès à la piscine de l’hôtel Sofitel, qui occupe la moitié de la résidence et c’est 50 euros. Nous avions eu la fausse impression que la piscine était dans la résidence (mais peut être que ça vient de nous...) Bon séjour en tout cas

Studio au Miramar

Excellent emplacement, vue imprenable. Salle de bain noire, pas de lumière suffisante. Empoules manquantes au dessus du lavabo et de la hotte cuisine. Table et chaises de cuisine inconfortables. Parking souterrain très sale mais apprécié à Biarritz. Se situe à 300m du studio. Studio refait à neuf sauf wc et terrasse qui ont besoin de rafraîchissement. Toutefois agréable séjour pour une semaine.

Beautiful sea view studio with lovely terrace

We had a great stay in this lovely modern studio appartment with a great sea view terrace with outside dining area and seating. Located right on the beach with a short walk along the beach side promenade into the centre of Biarritz. Our first visit to Biarritz and we loved it! Thank you
