We had a lovely time at Mate/Sonja's place

We had a lovely time at Mate/Sonja's place. A clean, spacious, and newly built apartment. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and peaceful. You can watch the beautiful sunset every day from either the balconythe beach in front of the building. It was very quiet the whole time we were there (early October). The beach is shared with the neighbors but away from crowdstourists, so you get a semi private area to yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped but lacks the cooking essentials like oil, salt and etc. There are also no hygiene products for the shower. There is shared laundry in the basement. We were on the first floor, with only a couple of steps to the entrance, but there is no elevator in the building in case you book a unit on the upper levels. All and all, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft

Ein modernes neu gebautes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung. In der Wohnung waren alle Räumlichkeiten klimatisiert und sauber. In den Schlafzimmern stehen bequeme Boxspringbetten. Die offene Küche im großen Wohnzimmer ist modern und verfügt über eine Kochinsel mit einem Induktionsherd. Die Küche verfügt über alle nötigen Elektrogeräte. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großes bequemes Ecksofa. Der Balkon besitzt ein Glasgelände wodurch man immer eine gute Aussicht auf den Garten und das Meer hat. Bis zum Strand braucht man nicht mal eine Minute, da er direkt hinter dem Garten liegt. Strandliegen wurden uns auch vom Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Strand gibt es auch eine Bar wo man kalte und warme Getränke genießen kann. Neben dem Haus gibt es eine Bäckerei und die nächsten Supermärkte sind auch nicht weit weg. Für einen Spaziergang am Meer oder einem Restaurant Besuch fährt man in die nächste Stadt.

Cudowny apartament przy samej plaży

Fantastyczny, duży apartament przy samej plaży. Widok z salonu wprost na Adriatyk. Dwie sypialnie, salon z rozkładaną sofą, w sumie apartament dla 6 osób, w pełni wyposażony z pięcioma balkonami. Prywatna plaża z leżakami tuż przy ogrodzeniu apartamentu. Cisza, spokój i fantastyczny widok. W kuchni był mini ekspres do kawy, ale nie były uzupełniane kapsułki z kawą.

Ein wunderschönes, top-modernes Airbnb! Jegliche Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, es war noch schöner als auf den bereits schon tollen Fotos! Es ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr zeitnah und ganz herzlich. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus und ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Es liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, dafür ist es sehr ruhig, was wir persönlich lieber mögen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und ein eigener Strandzugang mit Liegen rundeten das perfekte Urlaubsfeeling ab.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in eurer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Das war eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir gebucht haben. Das Haus ist sehr neu, direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Zudem ist die Wohnung unglaublich sauber. Die Lage absolut ruhig. Es gehört ein kleiner Privatstrand zu dem Haus. Im Ort gibt es mehrere große Supermärkte. Die Gastgeber wohnen mit ihm Haus und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Mate hat bestens geklappt und Sonja vor Ort war sehr herzlich und hat uns (trotz unserer späten Anreise) sehr freundlich empfangen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen.
