Just a short stroll from the village centre where you can immerse yourself in the charm of Appledore, with its narrow lanes, vibrant fisherman cottages and quayside, where an array of cafés, pubs and restaurants await, showcasing a diverse range of local cuisine and seafood. Wander through galleries displaying regional arts or embark on a seasonal ferry to the picturesque village of Instow, known for its beach and stunning sunsets.

Alternatively, head to the famed Westward Ho! surfing beach, a mere 2.5 miles away, or explore the nearby market town of Bideford, offering day trips to Lundy Island aboard the MS Oldenburg. The property is accessed via a stepped pathway with a hallway with a utility cupboard a washing machine and a freezer. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner exudes a contemporary industrial feel with comfortable furniture soothing décor and a smart TV.
