“I booked a room for my girlfriend (she's Chinese) and we had an "online" trip together. Since it was her birthday, I called the hotel to ask if they could prepare something for her. The hotel staff went above and beyond what I had asked for. They decorated her room prepared a cake for her in the hours before her arrival. She loved the decorations and cake and we had a great time together. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and the view sights around the hotel (e.g. the Tea……

“Aircon did not work properly. Probably just unlucky with the room we got. When we ordered our coffee they were out of milk so had to go to shops and brought our coffee to us just under a hour later. When I wanted to go to the bar to order a drink to take upstairs, they were closed at 1am. I asked reception if I could at least order a coffee but they said no. So much for the advertised 24 hour coffee. Breakfast was 25 RMB per person despite it advertising as included. They did not have a chef……
