Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs fifth bedroom has a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are thoughtfully provided to keep everyone cozy.

KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
