Enjoy the serene woodsy paradise while being close to all. The enclosed and scenic deck offers a spa, dining al fresco and a BBQ. Central to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain, the lake, shopping, dining and restaurants. Bring your furry family member and enjoy no pet fee. Enjoy our natural sled hill (weather permitting).

๐ƒ๐จ๐ ๐ฌ - We feel that our dogs are a part of our family and therefore do not charge an additional pet fee. Please be considerate and up front if you feel your pet may not be suitable for our cabin. We have nice furnishings and would like to continue providing this level of accommodations for our families and pets alike. We appreciate all of our responsible pet owners. Rest assured, although we are pet friendly, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness is our priority.

The entire chalet is for your use. There is one locked cabinet indoors for owner use and supplies.

Room for a max of 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking.

Snow removal for driveway + path to front door arranged for guests during Winter. Snow shovel available.

Snow chains are required in the Winter.

On occasion during extreme weather Big Bear can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore as quickly as possible.

This is the mountains, there is always the possibility of encountering wildlife or insects. Use precautions.

The spa and house are sanitized between each guest. If you see anything not up to standards, notify us immediately upon check in and we will send someone directly.

A signed rental agreement and ID is required.

There is 1 security camera on premises at the exterior front door. Your privacy is greatly respected and valued.

Great cabin!

Took my wife and son on a little trip to Big Bear, we loved the cabin and had a great time. Jennifer was awesome and very helpful, look forward to making another trip up there soon!

Beautiful Christmas stay

This is a lovely chalet in a very quiet wooded area of Big Bear. The amenities and small touches provide by the host are excellent and made our 3 night stay run smoothly. Check-in and out was smooth and the property was SUPER clean for when we arrived. We walked to the lake one day and whilst the village is just a 5 min drive away, we also walked into town one day which is a lovely 3 mile partial trail walk through beautiful scenery. Highly recommend property and host.

Perfect mother daughter getaway!

My mom and sister and I stayed at this property before the holidays and it was such a great stay! I've stayed in plenty of cabins before and this one was by far the cleanest and coziest. Also, the host Jennifer was so kind and super responsive, we highly recommend booking!

Beautiful Cabin

Awesome place to stay, very close to skiing at both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit resorts. The cabin is perfect, the jacuzzi was hot and the views were amazing. We had everything we needed at our disposal in this lovely cabin.

Lovely Cabin

We had a lovely little winter escape here. Cabin was immaculate. Kitchen was comprehensive and well organized. Perfect place to cook, watch movies by the fire, and hot tub as it snows.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was a great location, very clean, and cozy. The host was great at communicating with us as well! The kids also absolutely loved feeding the critters each morning with the critter feed and watching all the animals come up to the window to eat the feed. Great stay overall!!

Fantastic experience across the board - host was easy to work with. house was beautiful and exactly as advertised, great location, clean, etc. Easy check in and check out. Perfect accommodation for myself, wife and two kids (13 and 11.). Will stay there again next time in area.

Amazing little spot

My boyfriend and I decided to do a little cabin vacation with our 3 year old pup for my birthday. We picked this spot because the description sounded perfect (especially because they mentioned pets being family). When we arrived this little chalet was amazing! The place was clean, cozy, and super convenient. There were so many small details around that made the stay more enjoyable such as board games, DVDs, small bookshelf, bird seed for bird watching, and much more. I found the even smaller details like lotion next to the handsoaps, labeled cabinets, and an well-prepared Big Bear information binder showed how much the owners cared to make the stay easy and comfortable. I hightly recommened this spot.

Feels like home!

Nice homely cabin perfect for families! Communication was great during the entire process. Had plenty of cookware, utensils, and toiletries for a family of four. Perfectly located in a quite street but blocks from stater bros and other stores. Definitely will stay again!

Our stay

We had a cozy and nice stay. The distance to everything required us to do a lot of driving but we always enjoyed coming back to the cute, cozy cabin. The birds and animals that visited the back deck were really neat. We missed having a dishwasher so we didnโ€™t cook a lot, but the kitchen was well appointed otherwise. It was fun place to stay and the host was lovely.

A Perfect Place to Get Away

My mom and I (and my dog!) spent a week at this cabin and couldn't have asked for a better place or host. Jennifer is incredibly attentive and responds quickly to any message. Check-in is a breeze, the house itself has everything you need and the deck is a wonderful place to hang out. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay during some crazy weather

It was exceptional Top to bottom from people who let us in to communication with Karen about the blizzard. Snow removal happened to help get us out and in the meantime enjoyed all amenities of the house including fireplace and hot tub!

Amazing getaway for Spring break

We came to Big Bear on Spring break and stayed on this property Monday-Friday. It was an amazing week. This property was perfect! Beautiful A-frame chalet with a great hot tub. The huge windows were a plus! The view from the balcony was unmatched. It was like a winter wonderland in Spring. We felt like we were in the forest but not so isolated. All of the fun activities were within 6-20 minutes from the property. Close to stores and fast food. Plenty of board games and other things to do in house. The host, Jennifer was very responsive and nice. We will definitely be back!

Iconic Big Bear Mountain cabin

We are from near Toronto, Canada. My wife and I and our teenage kids were talking about where to go for March break vacation. 2 of us wanted to go on a sun vacation and two of us wanted to go skiing. It is fascinating that in Southern California, you can do both within 2 hours of each other. One day it was 22 degrees on the beach of Santa Monica and less than 2 days later, we were skiing in 2 feet of powder! The accommodations, were clean, scenic and very well taken care of. Quaint cabin n the woods

Terrific location near ski areas in Big Bear, yet nice quiet neighborhood. For those looking for easy drive in and level parking this is perfect. Great spot for kids to play behind the cabin. Nice rustic feel with modern kitchen and downstairs bath. Nice loft area with games and tv for the kids or the kids at heart. Upstairs bathroom could use some modernization, but clean and wasnโ€™t an issue for us. Property Manager very communicative and responsive to our needs. This is a perfect cabin for an escape to the mountains for small families.

Cozy Family Getaway

Our family was looking for a last little get away to relax and bond as a family before school started up. This was the perfect place for us to do just that. The view from the porch was so lovely. The trees were breathtakingly beautiful. The birds were an absolute joy to be around. Our host was kind enough to leave treats to be shared with the birds and squirrels. The evening views were also special because the night sky just fills up with so many stars as far as the eye can see. We even lucked out with a thunder storm, which allowed us to see just how cozy this place can be in the winter. The location also needs to be mentioned because anywhere we wanted to go was a short and easy drive away. Perfect. Just perfect. Thank you for being so thoughtful and making this a wonderful escape.
