“DeHart Cabin was perfect for our stay. We made a last minute decision to take a motorcycle ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway and wanted to stay close. Lucky us this gem was available. We trailered the motorcycle and were able to also bring Piper (our Labrador retriever). The driveway was a little sketchy on the motorcycle but doable for the experienced rider. Short distance to downtown Lex, though I don’t think I’d walk unless there is a back way/path I didn’t see. The road between the cabin and town doesn’t have sidewalks and is not very walkable.
