"Very disappointed. Arrival staff at front desk, not friendly.. Room needed some TLC .. Breakfast was also disappointing.. Will never return.. Have stayed with Holiday Inn before .. so disappointed.. a lot of money for terrible service "

"Madonna and Al were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome in the city they now call home. They communicated with us before our arrival, to make sure everything went smoothly, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived, and touched base with us during our stay to make sure we were content. Their condo was immaculate, ideally located in a beautiful golf community, and close to dining, shopping, and the historic district of St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and, when we are back for another visit, will definitely stay there again."

"Stayed one night ,room had plenty of space. But only one small trash can ,the coffee maker was very confusing to use could only make hot water, and had dishes and all the fixings but no dish soap or dishwasher stuff to clean anything same for washer and dryer "

"Our stay was amazing with one major complaint I believe should be more open to public, you should tell people before they rent about not being able to flush toilet paper even when deficating. I understood the rules but this should have been told before we rented not after. "
