“Every room is beach facing! Laundry room was very useful, rooms very spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the night before and still were able to get conjoining rooms. Staying here next visit. ”

“Arrived Early, Staff was very nice and had a room available, TY. We relayed that we paid extra for the King w/ a kitchen but none available, ok because we were kindly getting check in early. Dead roach on floor upon entry.. live small roach in the bathroom the next morning. Roach on wall near bed light when we came home that night. Roach in the bathroom again that night. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Staff was nice. We were so in a rush out in the mornings and so tired at night, we made it……

“We absolutely loved our stay here! I have already recommended it to a few people. The rooms need updated. There were minor things like towel holders that was hanging by a screw. The plastic lip on the door for the shower kept falling off. The beds made a lot of noise. It looked like they were starting repairs. The rooms are very small. You do have a small standing balcony. We did not get an ocean view room but had a clear view of the ocean as well as the boulevard. The breakfast was amazing!……

“Our room was not clean. We didn’t receive blankets or pillows. We had to keep asking for products in room. Housekeeping was terrible. Elevators dirty. Trash in hallways. ”

“It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!”

“Our stay had two issues, of which one was resolved by the hotel staff, and the second was left unresolved for the duration of our visit. First, we booked three identical rooms through Expedia, all of which were to be pool-side rooms with 2 queen beds. When we were checking in, the hotel claimed we had booked two pool side rooms and one standard room. After we were checked in, I pulled up the prepaid reservation and pointed out to the staff the discrepancy. The hotel staff resolved this issue……
