Our camper had no direction on how to turn on hot water so we took cold showers the first day since we arrived late and the office was closed. A guide in the camper on how to do things other than the map of the park and all the rules would’ve been nice.

We always rent a gulf cart every time we stay but this time there was no gulf carts available for the guests that stay in the resort due to a private party that rented all of them for Monday. Mind you we reserved and checked in Friday night. We had to walk all day Saturday and Sunday through out the camp grounds because there was no gulf carts available. It was extremely hot and unbearable walking long distances. I would suggest to always keep a few gulf carts available for the guests that rent in camp grounds.
