10/10 rental. Good price and amazing location for ski in/out. House had everything we needed and the wood burning fireplace was great to have as well. Definitely will be checking availability here next time we come to Big Sky.
This is a comfortable, convenient spot for skiing Big Sky. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed having a fire each night. Three bathrooms!
The photos don't do this justice. The location is perfect. Short walk to the button lift. The condo is cozy and clean. Property management is responsive. I like the small touches with high end soap, hair products and they had heated the condo and turned lights on prior to our arrival.
My family of 4 stayed here for a ski vacation. The property had everything we needed - helpful supplies in the kitchen, well-stocked bathrooms and laundry area, extra blankets for being cozy, and even tissues for sniffly noses after being outside all day! The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed regular visits to the deck from the local fox.It was easy to walk up to the mountain village (1/2 mile walk) or hop the Poma lift. The only downside is that skiing down to the lift on the way back is really hard to find, and you have to be a more advanced skier, so it didn't work for my little kids.
The condo was perfect for us all . Six adults and 9 month old. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and dining and living room area was very comfortable for all.
Short walk to the lift but unfortunately a couple of days the Puma was broken down. This was our 2nd visit to Big Sky and even though in 2020 there was more snow then, we still had some good conditions for skiing and a great time.
Great location, comfortable, everything we needed!
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent there again!
Location was so nice, views from picture window over dining table and from deck were incredible, upstairs BRs were huge, all beds were comfortable, and kitchen had all we needed. Decor was nice and appropriate, not overly thematic. We had a couple of minor needs/requests early on and management was very prompt and thorough. Enjoyed using the grill on deck (and the cute fox that visited us there) but we were unable to get woodstove to maintain a flame. Maybe a firestarter of some sort would help?
All in all this was a great find and terrific place for our family of 4 adults to stay in Big Sky!
A near perfect rental for a small group needing individual sleeping accommodations. Cozy common areas provide enough seating and bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen & baths are nicely stocked with amenities. Most of all, the views are spectacular!
We didn’t get any information prior to checking in-I had to ask for it. Door handle to deck kept coming off and weird smell in the entry way.Besides all that-was a great place to stay-plenty of room, perfect location’
We made a very last minute change to our lodging plans when we arrived and realized we were too far from resort area. Big Horn 44 was luckily available and Jenna made it so easy to get into the condo. Our friends were staying in other condos on the same street. The views from 44 are breathtaking! The condo is clean, nicely furnished and well-supplied. We’ve stayed in a lot of ski resorts and this was our favorite VRBO. T-bar lift is just a short walk from front door. Wonderful experience. Many thanks to our hosts!
We very much enjoyed our ski trip here and would love to return. Very short walk to the Poma lift. The entry way was perfect to keep our gear separate from the living area. The view was a pleasant surprise. How relaxing to sit at the table and look out over the peaceful lake. We enjoyed sitting by the fire every night.
Peak Properties was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We were grateful to work with them.
Like all Big Horns, this unit has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Unlike other Big Horns, each bathroom has been upgraded and is delightful. The twin over full makes one bedroom very effective for kids. And each room has considerable storage for clothing.
Unlike other Big Horns, the cubby system in the ski room. is very extensive and logical. Things don't wind up lost or wet or all over the place - there is a place for everything and everything in its place.
The management company is welcoming and responsive. The appliances work and the kitchen is well appointed. The unit is ski-off and walk on - fairly close to the poma. It's also easy to walk up to the base if you are headed to ski school.
We really like this Big Horn and hope to return there another season.
