“They have made poor decisions on breakfast. Removed biscuits and gravy or eggs and bacon or sausage. McDonalds serves better. Removed second waffle machine. This causes backup with people waiting in line. There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer. They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work. For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham. “We chose the hotel because it advertised as “pet friendly” The fee was $50 while other hotels rarely charge over $25. There was no ice on first floor, grounds were not kept up, elevator was filthy, staff refused to budge on pet fee, but our room itself was clean and cool.”
