“ac was working but rooms were not clean and sheets and beds had old blankets with holes towels were old did not look white at all.”

Our room, an Accessible King Suite has serious issues. It looks nice. The Accessable shower does not have proper drainage, there is virtually no incline towards either of the drains. The comforter was stained, the AC unit was held together with tape, and the shower had sharp, rusty pieces and had hair left on the floor.
