「All the staff went above and beyond to best cater our stay for our honeymoon. Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you 」

「Room was clean but beds were not as comfy as I would have liked. There was no view of the ocean breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff on the other hand were all FANTASTIC. I would rent again due to staff friendliness and proximity to the beach」

「We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers...

「Equipe muito preparada, atenciosa e educada. Os quartos não tem luxo nenhum, são bem funcionais. Área de laser enorme, várias atividades disponíveis, inclusive uma loja de artesanato de produção local. Achei o buffet variado, mas previsível. Evidentemente o grande destaque são as piscinas, todas de águas termais - e, portanto, de temperatura morna/ quente: ou seja, você não vai se refrescar no verão. Tenha em mente que é um lugar que recebe muitas famílias, muitas crianças, então tem muito...
