“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.”

“Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review……

“Hotel diamond crest watch not too bad. Seems to be one of the newer establishments, the staffs were nice. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of their bathrooms. The bathrooms were about 1 feet higher than the room and you have to be really strong to go to the bathroom. ”

“I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or……
