A Hotel Change Was Good!

Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it.

A beautiful building with character. Clean and pleasant. An air conditioning unit was brought up to the room because of the heat. There was a power cut on one occasion due to the electrics but I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel in good area.

The hotel was in a good position for exploring the whole city and we didn't need to get public transport at all. The Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. We did have to ask for more coffee and clean cups as they weren't replaced when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite large but the room was quite small. Overall our stay was nice.

Not close to be a 5 stars hotel

This is not a 5 stars hotel. Restaurant was close the two nights we stayed. The Rooms were outdated, not welcoming at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the properly on the overall is not okay.

Hotel location was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive except for one individual. We had to request a room change due to excessive street noise. To mitigate noise and mosquitoes, rooms should have A/C and noise canceling windows. They do not. 5 star hotel rating is overstated.

Correct sans plus.

Literie confortable. Hotel calme même si les murs des chambres ne sont pas très épais. Chambres spatieuses mais pas très modernes. SDB avec douche/baignoire 2 en 1. Décoration sommaire et pas très moderne non plus. Hôtel très bien placé dans Bilbao. A mi chemin entre le centre ville et le musée. Malgré et pour le même prix, au final, nous aurions pris un autre hôtel que celui-ci.
