「The space was very well furnished for 3 travellers. The beds were comfortable. The host supplied a public transport card which we used to take the tram and metro. He also supplied us with basic snacks and coffee for breakfast. There were plenty of local bars for pintxos ahd drinks. Location was also fantastic! 「Appartement conforme à la description.Propre, spacieux et très agréable Literies très confortable, dans les 3 chambres.Appartement très bien situé entre Bilbao et San Sebastian, sans oublier le magnifique village de Mutriku à moins de 10 min et la plage accessible à pied. 「The apartment was perfect for my friend and me. It was walking distance to all parts of Bilbao and close to transit. The host provided a lot of helpful information to help us when we arrived. I highly recommend this rental.」

「Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Bilbao. Man kann die Stadt gut erreichen, aber auch den Strand.Es war alles verfügbar. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarschaft. 」

「Nice, quiet place. Lot’s of room for 4 people, well heated (it was in the 40’s while we were there). Close to everything in town, 5 minute walk to the surf.」

「Apartment is well-situated within town and sits on the building's top floor, which allows for good sunset views of the surrounding hills. The apartment is clean, neat, and has a good-sized balcony with a table for eating. Gernika is equipped with a train station, many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a couple museums, and is even a short drive to beaches and the seaside town of Lekeitio, making it the perfect alternative to staying in Bilbao. Wi-Fi works great. Communicating with the property...

Good train, bus and road links to the surrounding region. Having the underground parking space was extremely useful.」

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
