Like a detached house, LAC CASA 60' occupies the ground floor of a villa, with us living on the upper floor.
Private entrance with separate gate and 2 parking spaces.
Enjoy a 60 m² covered terrace with a plancha grill, garden furniture, large family table and lake views, ideal even in rainy weather.
The enclosed garden includes a swing, slide and vegetable garden (herbs available).

5 mins away: Charavines, with its market, shops and restaurants.
Less than 10 mins away: water sports: sailing, pedalos, diving, horse riding centre, mountain bike trails, fishing, tennis, Archaeological Museum, Grange Dimière, numerous hikes around the lake or in Chartreuse.
Less than 20 to 30 mins away: tree climbing, Caves de la Chartreuse in Voiron, Walibi Park

LAC CASA 60' is a full rental occupying the entire ground floor of the house: you have a private entrance, terrace, and plancha area. Only the enclosed garden on the side of the house with the swing is shared with the owners.
