The room was very clean. The fitness room was filthy. Dead bugs on the window sills, carpets not vacuumed and treadmills did not work. The television was on very loud in the breakfast area and tuned to a channel that did not reflect all the guests staying at the hotel.

Kitchen employee was very kind. House keeping keeps it nicely cleaned. Conveniently located Room door did not shut all the way, make sure you push it so it does close. Issues with key cards and someone that was not us checked us out at 4:45 am while we were still asleep. The lighting in the room was very dim. Pillows are lumpy. Pool closed for renovations. But if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine. My husband liked the huge TV.

Worst Marriott Experience

I travel a lot for work and have generally had good experiences with Marriott but this hotel was nowhere near the quality of any other Marriott I’ve stayed at. It felt like a budget motel with the “premium” price of staying with a big brand. When we arrived, there was construction equipment outside, so we anticipated some things being affected by renovations. The pool was closed for renovation, which we were fine with since it was just a quick stop on the way through Montana. When we got up to our room, it had a strong caulking smell, so it seemed like it was recently renovated. Looking through the bathroom, it looked lik

Hotel was nice staff at front desk were not nice nor friendly. Had an issue with my reservation through Expedia and it took me an hour to check in and over 2 hours to try and resolve the issue. Thank goodness Expedia took care of the issue.

Wonderful stay at the Fairfield.

We had a fabulous stay at the Fairfield. Thomas and Brandy at the front desk were so sweet. The breakfasts were very tasty and there was plenty of food. So glad we stayed at the Fairfield.

Front desk clerk was nice. Uppon arrival we noticed the hotel was under construction. I checked in, cause i had reserved a room. The lobby smelled like adhesive. Being hopeful, thinking since we were on another floor, the smell wouldn't effect us. Oh, and the elevators were out of order. So, as we walk to our room, i notice the have windows open on the second floor. We could still smell the adhesive, or whatever it was. Within just a couple of minutes of being in the room, my daughter, wife and I all started getting headaches. So, i went downstairs and told them we would not be staying. They still charged me $168 for the night. No refund, nothing. Idk how theyre even able to operate like that AND CHARGE $168 a room. I went to Days Inn for $105 and had a nicer room. Not impressed.

The property is under heavy construction. While we stayed in a room that had been renovated, there were a number of issues. Shower had very low water pressure and the tub drain was plugged, filling with water as we showered. There were several lightbulbs missing from lamps in the room. And if you’re sensitive to strong odors from fresh paint, new carpet, etc., you may want to steer clear.
