I really give this condo a 3.5/5.
My family and I stayed here with another couple for 2 nights this past weekend. We unfortunately had a couple of issue right off the bat, first our key code didn't work, then once we got inside and were getting settled the downstairs neighbor came up complaining about my almost 2 yr old making noise. Calm down ma'am my little girl was being a little kid and this is what you get when you're in this type of complex. We were able to get the key code fixed fairly quickly and the lady I spoke to from the management company was very apologetic. Overall this condo was good but there were just multiple little things that I think could help improve the stay. The in door ice/water on the fridge did not work, the room with king bed had an outdoor light shinning in, with a toddler sleeping in the same room as us the bed was VERY squeaky, you can find cheaper flat screen tvs that are bigger than 24 inches (this is very knit picky but i would expect this at a beach condo).
To summarize...if you are headed to the MS gulf coast and need a budget friendly place to stay this is the place. It's in a great location allowing quick and easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs.
