The room was clean but was outdated. The furniture was worn out and needed to be replaced but it was surprisingly clean and comfortable for us.

This place is good for the money. Nothing fancy, but okay and the beach is right across the street. Doesn’t look like much from outside but rooms are okay although showers could use an upgrade.

The property is fairly old and outdated. The air conditioning is not keeping an even temperature throughout the apartment. The bathroom is freezing but the bedroom is warm. There is a smell of sewage at several times during the night. I wasn’t there during the day so I can’t say if it was present during the daytime. Also they need to leave instructions on how to use the television/cable. It is not very clear using the remote. Loved the location.

Only thing good about this hotel is the location. It needs so much work and the front desk lady was very rude. Save ur money. There was people cutting hair in the parking lot, no bolt or chain on the door to make you feel safe, the paint was coming off the wall, door to bathroom didn’t shut, no shade on window and to fix the counter top they painted over it and not so well. They need to close the doors and redo this place. Never again.

We stayed in 501 - a suite on the lower left, first floor attached to the “courtyard”. The room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed had a sink hole, but otherwise a great stay! Right on the beach but yet far enough away from the busyness from the casinos. Treasure Bay Casino is right next door, but isn’t too busy! This was a great place to stay for the weekend
