We stayed here for several weeks in late November to mid-December and it was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.
The property felt unsafe, unsanitary, and inaccessible: our room and the hallways smelled strongly of mold/mildew, and we both developed ongoing breathing and sinus issues during the stay. Fire alarms went off at random hours, there were leaks inside the building, the elevator and vending machines didn’t work, and housekeeping was basically nonexistent.
The hotel advertises itself as ADA compliant because of the elevator, but the elevator was out of service the whole time. One of us has a broken foot and cannot use the stairs, so we could not practically use the room and had to stay elsewhere at additional cost.
Staff were often rude and unhelpful, and some even spoke negatively about the business and owner in front of guests. We reported all of this through the booking site and directly to the property and never received any meaningful response or resolution.
In our opinion, this hotel should not be operating in its current condition, especially while claiming ADA accessibility. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property.
