「We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. 」

「Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued...

「It's just one step away from being a 5/5 property. The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, the lawns are lush green and very well maintained. The activity room has all major games and provides all outdoor games related stuff. The only thing where I feel they can do better is the old rooms they had which they renovated recently is sort of a letdown, although the rooms are spacious but it lacks that elegance and cleanliness which makes the stay perfect, our rooms were newly renovated but...

「I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and management. Would really recommend it to all the people looking forward to have a vacation there. Cheers.」

We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management.」
