when good weather and good acomodation come together ....

The Villa exceeded our expectations and gave us the vacation we were hoping for. The hosts were very kind. They welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure that nothing was missing during our stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the villa is situated few steps from the beach . I absolutely recommend this Villa to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation in Biograd na moru.

Keine Wünsche bleiben offen: wunderschön und durchdacht.

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 11-14 Jahren. Es ist alles da gewesen, das man brauchte. Sogar 2 E-Scooter für schnelle Besorgungen. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht einen neuen Eindruck. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, die Sitzsäcke äußerst bequem. Die Zimmer hatten alle einen TV, ihr eigenes Bad mit Toilette, dazu noch im EG und DG jeweils eine zusätzliche Toilette. Föhn war vorhanden, ebenso wie Spül- und Waschmaschine. In den Bädern waren gefüllte Spender mit Seife, Duschgel, Hand- und Bodylotion. Es gab eine Außenküche mit Grill, Weinkühlschrank und Eiswürfelmaschine. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Dachterrasse war der Whirlpool in dem 3-4 Personen Platz finden. Da wir Ende Mai hier waren, haben wir auch die Sauna genutzt. 2 Personen können bequem darin sitzen - zu Viert ist es eng, aber noch machbar. An allen Fenstern gab es Fliegengitter bzw. an den Terrassen-Türen Fliegengitter-Schiebetüren. Zum Kiesstrand waren es nur 100 m. Das war für den Windsurfer unter uns wichtig und bequem. Von der Dachterrasse hat man den besten Blick auf das Meer, den Hafen und die Insel Pasman gegenüber. Vom EG hat man leider keinen Meerblick, da noch Häuser dazwischen stehen. Das Haus gegenüber war sehr gepflegt, daher hat uns das nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder haben sich so wohl gefühlt, dass sie lieber im Pool Zeit verbracht haben als an einem Strand. Für Kids gibt es zudem im 1. Stock eine Spielekonsole (PlayStation) mit Sofa und Sitzsäcken. Dort steht auch ein Ergometer und auf der kleinen Terrasse gibt es eine Sprossenwand, verschiedene Gewichte und 2 Sportmatten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, der das nötigste bietet, ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Zu den großen Supermärkten (Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine) ist es ca. 1 km. Die Besitzerin und Vermieterin haben wir zu Beginn angetroffen. Beide waren super freundlich und haben uns eingewiesen. Es kam auch zwischendrin die Nachfrage ob alles ok sei.
