“I only write reviews when I feel that they are warranted and this is warranted. While I appreciated the location and access to the ocean, nothing else was good during my stay there. The food was mediocre at best. The property was empty- I was the only guest there. The property is outdated and needs to be updated immediately. It was not well maintained; lots of dust and cob webs in my room. I was very disappointed because I paid for a luxury experience and the only luxury was the ocean; which was……

“This Penthouse is in excellent condition, very clean, fully equiped, nice decor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The public and recreational areas are in very good condition and clean, swimming pool is nice and big. the complex is beach front which is very convinient. ”

“I stayed in this place with my family for a couple of days. We had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and the facilities. They have grills for guests to use, hammocks and chairs to enjoy and relax. The ocean is literally a few steps away and you can find different restaurants within a 10 minutes drive. Overall a nice place.”
