“The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.”

“Amazing gem. Initially thought I was looking for a bed to crash on my roadtrip. Ended up really enjoying the old victorian style house and the breakfast was to die for. expedia states after hours checkin is not available but you just have to call the number for check-in instructions.”

“Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”

“Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.”

“There is no water in the pool. The room had only one working light . It was dark in the room . The next morning in the breakfast room their were roaches crawling in the bed box and behind the o.j. machine . We did not eat or have coffee . We got gone”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the……

“Issued a key to an occupied room. Then given a smoking room after I had booked non-smoking. Bed linen dirty in smoking room. Burns all over toilet and bath tub. Room overall not as advertised.”
