It was such a relief to come out to this area and be 20 minutes from pretty much every place we wanted to go. We all loved the slow pace and the ability to just sit and enjoy the quiet as a family. This property has no TV and poor cell service which is ideal for us to spend time with our small children and focus on them and their sense of wonder and play. Derrick responded quickly to our questions about some light switches. It was convenient to our sightseeing adventures in the Lancaster area. “This place was the perfect place to get away for a few days. The tiny house is adorable and perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is far enough away to feel like youve "gotten away" but close enough to the city and other things that you can make an ice cream run if needed or check out Pulpit Point and the AT! Our only complaint was that the fish in the lake had no interest in biting while we were there.”

“We stayed in the cottage for a weekend when our daughter graduated from nearby Kutztown University. It was the perfect spot to chill and hang out the day before and after the ceremony. We played pool, video games, and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the chickens. The fresh eggs offered by our hosts were a nice touch!
