“This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our annual trip to Holiday World. We have stayed at other hotels and the cottages near the park and this place was by far the best. Perfect amount of space for us, our 2 girls and our 3 nieces. Loved the location. Our kids loved the animals. Hoping to make it back next year and will definitely look to book Shannon’s place again. I highly recommend Shannon’s place!”

“Great cabin in a quiet area. Centrally located for us on our genealogy journey. Perfect cabin setup for my sister and I — we each had our own space if we wanted. The weather is still cool early mornings and evenings so bring a jacket. Definitely on the return list ”

“The cabin was absolutely beautiful and honestly the pictures from the listing did not do it justice! It was very clean and well kept. Check in was very easy, but I do recommend having the door code saved on your phone or the WiFi password saved. We made the mistake of not doing either and none of our phones had service so we had to improvise on that. We really enjoyed our stay and I would 100% go back there again. It was very private but there were still other cabins in the area which made us……

“Place was excellent! We enjoyed our stay, the only issue was it being difficult to get out of the area with the steep gravel hills!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very peaceful and comfortable. It was easily accessible with plenty of parking for our cars and boat. We would stay again for sure!”

“This is a very nice property and very peaceful. Hosts were great and went out of their way to answer any questions I had prior to the visit. We will definately stay here again on return trips.”

“Clean, plenty of room for parking. Nice firepit out back with a patio table. WiFi provided, lots of TV to watch. Great experience, will book again our next fishing trip.”

“Nice quiet place. Loved the pool.”

“The property was absolutely beautiful! Cabin was in excellent condition and very well taken care of and furnished. Very happy with our stay!”

“Clean and spacious”

“Our family truly enjoyed our experience and would love to do it again next year. The staff is right there if you have an issue and are so quick to resolve it. Nice, quiet, no traffic in this resort. The walking paths are really a nice feature as well. Absolutely loved the beautiful spacious pool! It was also very private as well. The hot tub was a hit with our family too! Wonderful resort!”

“Great location.”

“Check in was easy and the place was very quiet which I appreciate”

“The Copper Cottage is quite the place. A wooded beauty complete with a deer greeting us during this mornings coffee. The space was plenty for our dozen family members to sit for a family meal. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to prepare and serve everyone.Location was close to all sorts of activities. The games, inside and out, fire pit and deck seating, even the lighting was all plentiful. Our host thought of everything and provided great communication and accurate listing. Thanks……

“This home was very family friendly. Our hosts knew what families need. The games, toys and snacks were all appreciated. I also loved that it was away from the city lights so we were able to enjoy the night sky. The proximity to Holiday World was awesome. After a long day at the park, we were able to get back quickly. We definitely recommend this to others, especially famlies.”

“The property was conveniently located within all of our planned attractions.”

“Nice little cabin away from the hustle and bustle. Worked well for my family of six with three of the six being small children.”

“It is very clean and has everything you need if you wish to cook; there is a BBQ grill set up on the outdoor patio and a fire pit area—it’s spectacular at night. It is a very peaceful spot if you value privacy, and the area around the cabin is well-kept with the grass neatly mowed. There is plenty of space for children to play, and board games are available. I highly recommend it; Julie was the contact person, and they respond quickly to messages, showing they are attentive, available, and truly……

“Beautiful and very clean home in a nice area. This did not feel like a basement at all, and it is equipped with everything one may need, from kitchen utensils to even board games for the family. Great communication as well. One thing I would add is that the owners have several large dogs (who were securely put up) but something to be aware of if they make you nervous.”
