Hotel is being renovated but we were not aware of that beforehand. They attempted to renovate our room but the work wasn’t complete. Tiles missing, wallpaper unfinished, fixtures hanging on for dear life, dust and construction debris. Breakfast buffet was unappealing. Front staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Great location but bad property.

Hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation. The hotel is a mess right now. I’m hoping once they complete the update the hotel will be worth the money you are paying. Right now it’s not. The breakfast was also under par as compared to my previous experiences there.

Completely unacceptable hotel. Doors wouldn’t close, were broken off hinges, straight razor fell on my wife when she tried to close it, no outlets worked and (with zero notice) the place was under construction. Never had a worse experience. Genuinely expect a refund

The hotel was being remodeled. It was difficult to get up and down the hallway because of workers and construction items. Walls and carpet were very dirty. This was not the property that I thought I was booking, but I had already paid so I stayed. the rooms are very small as is the bathroom. I'll be more careful when I book something else on Expedia.

Usually enjoy my stay here. Morning staff (during checkout) is always friendly and helpful. That said, my most recent stay fell short of expectations. Had to relocate to a 2nd room after checking in. The tv in the original room would not turn on, and the bedside lamp was missing a light bulb and thus was unplugged (maybe just the light bulb instead). This location is also seemingly under construction. The gym was inaccessible due to the hallway being closed off during my most recent stay.

The front desk was staffed with two wonderful ladies. When I checked in, I met Lavadia. She is an 11 out of 10. I did not notice the lady's name when I left at 5 the next morning, but she is also an 11 out of 10. Great staff. My bed was comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep.

(1)The phone in our room didn't work. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone. I was told it was because they were renovating and they only just received the new phones that day and hadn't had a chance to put them in the rooms. THIS IS DANGEROUS! What if there had been a break-in or a fire or or her emergency with a guest? (2) The AC Unit was blowing when we arrived, we tried to turn it down (we were cold) but the buttons didn't work. Then we tried to turn it OFF and even the OFF BUTTON DIDN"T WORK. We had already gotten into bed when we discovered this but just blew it off since we were leaving at 5a the next morning, after all the front desk clerk was NOT HELPFUL, NOT APOLOGETIC, acted like we were botherirng her (see below) (2) The remote to the TV would only turn it on and off. Menu didn't work. Guide didn't work. NOTHING worked but on and off. this is how I knew the phone didn't work as I tried to report it with the room phone. When I did the the desk clerk on the phone, she told me I could come down and get another remote if I wanted. I was in my nightclothes! But I went down there anyway. She noticed me walking up to the desk but never raised her eyes up from the computer screen to acknowledge me, Just handed a new one to me. No apologies for the ttrouble. BTW....the replacement remote didn't work either. This may be that the issue is with the TV? (4) Rooms and halls are old and beat up. UGLY, TACKY property.

I made a reservation in advance, and upon arriving at the property, the front desk staff was very rude. I was told that the reservation had been canceled, which was not true, and they refused to provide us with a room, despite the fact that we had a valid confirmation. This situation caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary distress, as we fully complied with all the reservation requirements.

I have stayed at several Hampton Inn's across the country. This Hampton Inn is by far the worst I have ever stayed at. The hall walls and carpet were dirty; the elevators were extremely grimy. The worst part of the stay was the staff member at the front desk. Lavania working at the night desk was so rude to us. We had booked our room on Expedia for 2 Queen beds. The hotel gave us a King Bed with a pull-out sofa bed. We asked Lavania to fix this but her and her manager refused and said they gave us what Expedia told them and that they could not change the room (despite me showing them my confirmation). We had 4 people in our room, and the room had only 2 towels. When we asked for more towels and extra linen for the pull-out sofa, Lavania was so rude. She literally rolled her eyes at us! On day 2 of our stay, our room keys didn’t work and Lavania once again rolled her eyes at having to reset our keys. The only delight during our stay was staff member Rodericka (Kiki). She was so pleasant and friendly.

Our room was clean and had the things we needed. But it was a bit cramped due to excess furnishings (an over sized table and two chairs) and the bathroom vanity/counter top was barely large enough to accommodate the sink. The shower curtain was too short to hang into the tub interior allowing for water to spray onto the floor. Overall, the room was adequate but not a good value at the price we paid for the night. The overall property was in very poor condition but there were notices everywhere of renovations beginning. These are sorely needed. All personnel were friendly and accommodating and were the highlight of a somewhat disappointing overall experience.
