No mini fridge or microwave in room, instead staff told us, 2 disabled individuals we'd have to walk the entire length of the motel to use one single group microwave, bed was hard, pillows was flat, toilet was broken, only given 1 very small towel for 2 guests for 2 nights. Worse hotel stay ever

Do not book here!!! The room was not cleaned before we arrived. The beds were not changed we had to ask for new bedding as soon as we walked in the room. They have a cockroach infestation. Didn’t offer to move me to a new room. The response was you’re in alabama it happens here… We found a total of 10 live roaches and 4 dead all in the room, their poop was scattered all over the bathroom door frame. I was also woken up to one crawling on my face in the middle of the night…. Absolutely disgusting place… 0/10

1st room sink handle came off in my hand, floor & bathroom soiled. Switched to 2nd room, floor soiled worse, bathtub had thick ring of semi hardened bioscum, had no towels, etc. Third room cleaned and equipped, but had unattached lower wall trim laying on the floor unrepaired. Day main Manager MUCH more responsive than evening staff.

I have been staying at this Motel for the past 2 years when I visit my son at Miles College. This time when I arrive I checked in to the hotel even though My deposit was supposed to be include in my price that was quote. I was still asked to pay a $50.00 deposit. Me and my two son arrive to the room and begin to prepare for the next day. We when in the bathroom to prepare to take a shower the bathtub had a ring around the tub also the two large towels were dirty and they had no face towels. I ask the front office if we can get cleans towels and cleaner so we can clean the tub.he give us two towel for two days. There is no cleaning services. Long herrible story short I will not be returning. Leave this to the local who use this as a cheap alternative to an apartment.

We had to swap room when we first got there the first room was full of cockroaches, the second room was nasty had someone’s hair all of the bathroom floor, one bed had something all over the sheets brown stuff, when we got there I went to take a shower and couldn’t get it the shower as soon as I turn the water on the whole bathroom floor got wet. We didn’t stay the night we sleep in our car. Because they wouldn’t give us a refund..that place is the nastiest motel or hotel I have ever stayed and I have stayed at a lot seeing my husband use to travel for work.
