Loved the funky decor and set up. Very clean. The treats and breakfast goodies were greatly appreciated. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the toilet paper.

Room was spotless! Convenient location to walk around Bisbee. Staff was helpful! Loved the snack & drinks provided. Only things we didn’t care for was that the tv in the living area was super far from the sofa & no tv in the bedroom and there was no AC in the bedrooms.

Great staff, clean room. Room (205 - the Knights room) was a great layout for a multi-gen family stay (teens, parents + Grandma). Complimentary drinks/snacks at check-in and complimentary breakfast were much appreciated. James the lobby attendant Was fantastic with his suggestions for places to eat, shops to check out. And the weather was beautiful!

We had a spacious 2 BR 1 bath apartment, nicely decorated, great location. However: roof windows cannot be darkened, the small window AC is noisy and inefficient, the fridge is very noisy, the floors and walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors every move, there is no daily turndown service, and the front desk doesn't open before 3pm. We would not stay there again.

The place was clean but the suite didn't seem as it showed on the pictures. The bedrooms were small and they were too many awkward an narrowed steps from the main level down to the bedrooms. Although we never used the kitchen but it had plenty of room and pot and pans available.

The room was so spacious and well appointed, very clean and bright. The deck was just magnificent! The kids and adults loved looking at the sights and enjoyed their time outside. We made Christmas dinner in the kitchen, and there was room for everyone to help out. And the pool table was a focal point for everyone to gather for several rounds of fun. James was so helpful, providing the kids with free snacks and drinks, and with additional linens to make everyone comfortable. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Carrick staff for helping us have a wonderful family Christmas!
