「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「Super helpful - waited for me to arrive (late) I must read properly as I it said manned reception which I did assume meant there was someone on reception 24/7 and it was only manned to 9pm after this the main doors are locked & access id through a "fire door" - this fire door banged every time anyone used it!! so i was awake at 6am very good value for money - great for those working」
