Located between the ocean and the lake, it will allow you to perfectly enjoy our region, whether taking surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house features an entrance hall, a large living room (renovated in June 2025) with a lounge area and television (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented), and a dining area. There is also a separate, renovated kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator-freezer.
In addition, there are four fully renovated bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). For your comfort, there are two bathrooms, one with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. (Boarding rooms have been fully renovated.)
Outside, you can enjoy a south-facing terrace to relax in the sun or a covered north-facing terrace for al fresco dining. A barbecue, sun loungers, and an outdoor table are also at your disposal. A large garden surrounds the house and provides on-site parking. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bicycle during your stay – perfect for enjoying beachfront restaurants, our cycle paths, and other highlights of our region. A sunny holiday awaits!
