Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of Ginselsried 1 km from the centre of Bischofsmais, on the outskirts, 18 km from the centre of Deggendorf, 92 km from the centre of Regensburg, along the wooded area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property with meadow, courtyard. Storeroom available. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, bus stop "Rathaus" 1.1 km, railway station "Regen" 13 km. Walking paths from the house 30 m, ski lift 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Breitenau am Geißkopf 4 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
10-room house 270 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Large dining room with wood-burning stove. Small living room with tiled stove. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: living/dining room. 2 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Rental property consisting of main house: ground floor with 2 living rooms, kitchen, shower/WC. Upper floor with 2 double and 2 twin rooms and shower/WC. Annex house: Upper floor with 2 double rooms, kitchen and 2 x shower/toilet.

Tolles Haus für Familien und Freunde

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Durch zwei getrennte Wohnungen hatte jeder seinen Bereich und zugleich boten die große Küche mit dem Wohnbereich genug Platz für das gemütliche Beisammensein. Die Räumlichkeiten sind in Natura noch viel gemütlicher als auf den Bildern, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Verwalterin des Anwesens wohnt auch dort, somit war Schlüsselübergabe und Abreise keinerlei Problem. Zudem war sie sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung selbst bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gute Wahl, besonders für grosse Familien

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet bezüglich Küchenustensilien, Waschmachine, Geschirspülmaschine usw. Der Innenhof bietet einen sicheren Spielplatz für Kleinkinder. Zu verbessern wäre der schlechte WLAN Anschluss. Dass man beim Checkout zusätzlich für die benutzten Müllsäcke zahlen muss, ist unüblich bzw. eher befremdlich. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.
