「The Sierra House feels like new construction, which was hard to come by in my search results for accommodations. No problems with heating either, which was another common comment about rental condos. I was able to walk to a lot of places around town as well as easily hopped on the town’s free bus service (killer!). So the location is great. Covered parking is FCFS and limited. 「We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, such as the room information and access codes, in advance, so I had to contact the property. It would have been helpful if they had sent us a property map beforehand. We had to visit several buildings to find ours.
Fortunately, the phone number was not an automated system, and a staff member answered right away and provided the room information. However, I still never received the email.
