“Chariti was very easy to deal with. This was my second stay at one of her places and each time it was a wonderful experience. The location makes it very easy to access all the sites that Hot Springs has to offer. I went to Oaklawn and Origami distillery and it was so easy to drive to both. I also must say that the bed is so comfortable and I slept so well. Chariti is a great and caring hostess. I highly recommend stay with her. “We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We only booked for 1 night because we were in town as a vendor for the CVMA Ralley, but we would have loved to stay longer. Extremely easy access, great communication, very accommodating, and absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of showering products, bedding, kitchen ware... a super plus is EVERYTHING is updated. If you are looking for a place in Hot Springs, I HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here!”

“It was amazing my family and I enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for providing things we needed, I recommend anyone to come here and enjoy themselves. The tv connect was bad but we managed. But I give this vacation 5 stars across the board if we could give more stars we would. We tried our best to clean up after ourselves. We couldn't fit some stuff in the cars so we did leave some free dishes. Thank you for a great experience!! ”

“Don't believe the pictures! Open the door and go in. It smells bad! There's unfinished, unprocessed food in there! And garbage! And diapers! The bedding hasn't changed either! There's a giant hornet's nest on the balcony! Long hair left in the bathroom! I booked it, saw the scene inside, turned around and walked out! Rebook high-priced hotels elsewhere! I took pictures, I made videos!”

“Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.”
