“Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna……

“Localisation du gîte qui permet de rayonner à moins de 10kms via les départs en ferry de Laveno(stresa,îles Borromées...).Les petits plus,un but pour le foot et baignade au lac,en bas du village avant le petit déjeuner et/ou avant l'apéro le soir(bar/resto très sympa).Malgré la proximité du carrefour et circulation,semaine super. A savoir, les propriétaires habitent juste au -dessus mais ils sont calmes et sympas. Semaine géniale,le Lac Majeur est magnifique et apaisant!”

“The room was very clean. It was close to the train station, but it was also close to the promenade and ferry. You cannot hear any trains whatsoever. This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. for us, visiting from different country, in the season where no hotels were available, that was stressful enough. "Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
