“My husband and I just stayed one night in this hotel for a break on the way from Milan to Toscana. It was surprise to find this brief accommodation so enjoyable. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and nice. The environment inside the hotel and it's surrounding were relaxant.”

“Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were excellent.
The only minor downside was that the room was a little warm at night, even with the air conditioning on. However, it was around 40°C outside, so that’s understandable.”

“Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce lieux.
Gorgio est trés sympathique, nous avons passé une superbe soirée. Cuisine délicieuse, produits de grande qualité, nous nous sommes régalés.
Le petit déjeuner était trés bon aussi. Je recommande le gateau aux noisettes et le jus de pomme maison. Un régal!
Le lieux est trés tranquille, trés beau au milieu des vignes.
Superbe moment, je recommande.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, with a genuine eye for detail that made our stay extra special.
The hotel is family-owned, and you can really feel it. The owner works alongside her two adult children, and they make an outstanding team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest were among the best we’ve experienced. Their mother must have done something right, they are exceptional young……

“Hotel Villa San Carlo was a disappointment. The hosts are exceedingly nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. Nothing has been done in 20 years. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, the bathrooms less functional from the shower cabins to the 20 year old hair dryers. Air conditioning works sometimes, WiFi is sketchy and the breakfast is severely lacking. Even for Italian standards. The same sad hard boiled eggs came from the fridge 3 days in a row.”
