住宿简介

Building 108 NEW! Studio Apartment in Great Location.

Our studio apartment is quaint and cozy. It's located right off main street with walking distance to the local grocery store, bars, restaurants (right across the street), gas station and city park.
Couple blocks from the city sliding hill and skating rink.
We have off street parking, internet and cable TV.

Keep in mind that this isn't a motel. It is located in a commercial area. It does have the conveniences to walk across the alley to couple restaurants and bars.
Sometimes there are times you may have outside noise.
But most guest love not having to drive to a restaurant/bar/grocery store.
This apartment doesn't have air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoor patio during the summer months.
We are located only minutes from Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort. Enjoy our towns beach, biking, ATV and snowmobile trails. Park and walk right in. No steps!

The space
Our new studio apartment is brand new and is located in building 108. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment in the same building. It's also available for rent under Airb&b and VRBO. You will find our space very comfortable and has many conveniences.
You'll find a basket full of morning necessities which includes coffee and tea.

Guest access
A code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in Building 108. I am a realtor and my office is located in the same building. I'm in and out of my office throughout the day. Please feel free to contact me if you need assistance.

I think this is the 4th or 5th trip to Paula's place. It's always easy electronic communication to arrange, the accommodates are so clean, well appointed and simple. Great location in downtown Biwabik.

Perfect resting spot

I always loved driving by this property when I lived in Biwabik and finally was able to stay as a guest. Perfect location right across from Vi’s. Excellent communication and the place was clean and met our needs perfectly. I will definitely be back!

Birthday ski trip for myself!

Property was exactly as described. Once you arrive in Biwabik, you can park right outside your door and walk to all of the food/drink that you need. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler and would do this trip again! Vi's Pizza was delicious and the atmosphere very comfortable for my solo travel. Probably user error, I struggled with the electronic lock after dinner and Paula arrived in less than five minutes. I'm sorry I had to call her out on a Fri evening, but it was a pleasure to meet Paula and chat. So convenient to Giant's Ridge. Less than 10 min in the car to get there. Thank you Paula!

Great, affordable stay and location

For skiing a few miles away, this was a fantastic option. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the sound of the heating system coming on, but when I asked via VRBO chat with the host, she said they have a plan to shift to a system for each individual apartment. Regardless, we'd definitely stay here again, it was totally worth it. Thanks!

So cozy!

I absolutely loved this place! I got my first good nights sleep in weeks here. The area is great and was right down the street from who I was visiting. Paula was very kind, flexible and understanding. It’s affordable, very clean and relaxing. It’s less than a block from a grocery store, a gas station, a few bars and a few different places to eat. If you are wanting to visit Biwabik, stay here! It’s perfectly placed in town.

A little home away from home

It is the second time that we stay at that property. For us, it is very conveniently located to organize visits with family and friends. Even if the kitchen area is basic, it is enough to prepare a good breakfast, a quick lunch or a light dinner. The rest of the studio is nicely decorated, homey and comfortable.

My teen daughter and I had a lovely two night stay at Paula's place. It worked perfect and my daughter especially loved the 'grown up' apartment feel the unit provided. We will definitely look to stay again when in the area.

Perfect stay!

The unit is absolutely perfect for a weekend ski getaway. It was spotless, quaint, and had all the items needed for two people. We were also thrilled to learn that there is a pizza place and other restaurants directly across the street. The unit is also located only 8 minutes from Giants Ridge. Paula was an incredible host with impeccable communication. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip!
