"The hotel was located in an alleyway but was noisy; the staff were unprofessional; housekeeping staff didn't even come to clean, using the excuse that they had left a note – didn't they need to double-check? This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in! The front desk staff were incompetent in handling problems! The hotel has absolutely no management."
