“The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. ”

Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. The oven produced a strong smell due to cleaning residue that……

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean.……

“SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”
