Excellent service, room to improve have small travel kits for sale at the front desk for late night case situation. Tooth paste, brush, also for people who have sinus issues having the older heat system work better then the new one. Caused lack of less. Overall great place people and views.

The check in staff were very courteous. The room was very comfortable. And the spa area was pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

首先車位不足夠，入住前亦沒有通知須要預留車位，直至我們check-in時才通知需要早兩天預留車位，令我們要找離酒店甚遠的地方泊車，這情況同時亦有其他住客check-in時遇到；另外，入住酒店房間時亦有出錯，我們是預訂三人房間，酒店提供二人房間，開合式梳化床也沒有預先打開，直到我們揸問才特別到房間打開梳化床，提供的都只是二人用品，相信日後需要管理方面做好啲。

Great location opposite the old town and bus station to airport. The route up the hill 70 steps first turn on the left is easier for wheeling luggage. Host is thoughtful with wine, water and juice in the fridge. Room is warm, good size with netflix TV. Hot water boiler very small and bedsheet too ...
