“Incredible place to stay! Only a short walk from the core of old town this beautiful property is owned by an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman Dom! I was lucky enough to spend some time and get to know him a bit. He helped me with booking travel and different activities within the city as well! Very clean room, the staff was very attentive to cleaning and ensuring my stay was great, location in my opinion was perfect. A short walk to everything you need and it was incredibly comfortable”

“A stunning and tranquil hotel located inside the Lijiang Dayan ancient town. The staff are all helpful and polite. They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. “This hotel in my mind is average. Cleaness is average but definetly not as in the photos (the photos were possibly took when the rooms are new renovation). Fresh air? Don't expect fresh air, as many hotel guests or people nearby are smoking. Since this hotel is not entirely smoke-free, you'll have to settle for air tinged with the smell of cigarettes. For the location, it locates close to the north gate of Lijiang Ancient City and walking distance approximately 8-10 minutes. Quite a lot of……

“The current hotel's name is different with that in hotels.com, so we have wasted a lot of time to locate the hotel. The contact number wasn't valid, we found another contact through internet and reach the hotel finally. The staff 'Ms Cheung' gave us the hard-sell. She claimed that she will provide a day trip to Yulong Mountain with a very reasonable price. However, we found that was much more expensive than other agent. She changed her attitude dramatically after we rejected her offer.”

Ich habe mir die Adresse von mehreren Personen vor Ort bestätigen lassen. Expedia hat darauf nicht reagiert. Das Geld war weg. Ein direkter Anruf bei Expedia war aus China nicht möglich. Bei meiner - zugegeben späten Reaktion - sagte man mir bei Expedia:……
