"First room the door wouldn’t lock, got another room which seemed ok at first but kitchen was filthy dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from previous guests, fridge,microwave, oven hadn’t been cleaned , bottom of bed cover was really stained and dirty "

"The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! "
