「We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.」
