"We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ahmet and his wife were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. They prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for us and often offered us Turkish çay, which was a lovely touch. Ahmet and his wife don’t speak English, but communication was easy thanks to their son, Erdem, who was always available through WhatsApp. He was very helpful, responsive, and made everything convenient for us. If you’re visiting the beautiful Rize and Zilkale area, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great place to experience genuine Turkish hospitality, delicious homemade food, and the beauty of the Black Sea region. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you to Ahmet, his wife, and Erdem for making our visit so special!"

"The location of this hotel was perfect; a short walk to evrything; the buses stopped right in front the hotel. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Cleaning of the room was done on request. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Trabzon."

"Clean, large room, Good bed. Own car park. Good AC and wi fi and not far from the motorway. Staff were very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, carrying luggage and all round friendly. Breakfast was good. Free tea and coffee. It's a bit Premier Inn/Ibis like (which to be honest was what I wanted and expected) but it has a bigger room than any Premier Inn or Ibis and staff were more personable. Bars and restaurants are nearby. I was using it as a stop point between Cappadocia and Istanbul (I was driving) and for that it was perfect."

"We liked in general but everything looks good for adults, like it was made for adults and gives you the impression that you shouldn’t be here with a kid, however turns out you can find somethings for a kid like in their dining room or bar, and hang out with kids. Kind of confusing place but nice. Cleaning dining table is not their thing:) Our dinner plates were on the table even after the dessert arrived. And same for the breakfast buffet. Every dish comes on your table stays on your table even if there’s nothing else left to eat or drink :) They could also consider direction signs to their hotel probably starting from the freeway right next to the hotel. Can’t say that navigation works okay. Despite all it was a positive experience for us. 😊"
