「Room was decent, okay clean, bed comfortable, good tv channel selection and reception, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice friendly helpful. Building condition: poor, very outdated with visible damage, rug stains in hallways, needs vacuuming, torn and stained bedspreads in another room we saw; outside window frames rusted and need painting, sidewalks very dirty need washing.
